Destroy Lonely hits the road this winter
Destroy Lonely heads out on tour across North America this winter through spring, taking in stops across the country following the release of his second studio album, Love Lasts Forever! Featuring collaborations with the likes of Lil Uzi Vert, Ken Carson and Don Toliver, the record is a continuation of the distinctive aesthetic and fearless experimentation that has seen him become one of the most exciting rising forces in hip hop and trap.
Taking influence from acts as diverse as Future, The Cure, Lil Wayne and Deftones among others, Destroy Lonely has carved out a space for himself with a sound that feels both experimental but familiar. His father, I-20, is himself a well-known rapper, who was affiliated with Ludacris' Disturbing Tha Peace label. This early exposure to rap had a huge impact and by his teenage years, Lonely began developing his own sound, mixing ethereal, lo-fi production with moody, layered vocals. Signing with Playboi Carti's Opium label in 2021 marked a significant turning point in his career, providing a platform for his creative evolution and introducing his music to a broader audience.
